You should refer to the product page of the specific Stack On product for more information about how the services are billed. For some Stack On products, you will be required to pay one months’ fees in advance on signup, for example if you purchase a Stack On nbn™ or mobile service. In this case, you are required to pay that amount in full, however if you’re eligible to receive Stack On Rewards, these will be generated and applied to your wallet once signup to the new Stack On product has been confirmed. Those Stack On Rewards will be applied as a credit to your next bill, unless you have redeemed them as a cash back prior to the first day of the upcoming month.
