If you decide to close your On by EnergyAustralia energy account, or your Always On Rewards account, you can request a refund of any finalised Always On Rewards that have not been applied to your On by EnergyAustralia account, or request cash back of your Always On Rewards account balance to your nominated bank account. Refunds or cash back will be made to your nominated bank account which can take up to five business days.
