When you complete a transaction, you may receive a message that shows your Rewards are pending. Once the Reward payment has been received from the participating retailer, your finalised Reward will be credited to your Always On Rewards account. Please note, there could be a delay of up to 60 days, on average, with Rewards appearing in your Always On Rewards account. Travel transactions are the exception and the delay could be longer. You must complete your trip/booking before Always On Rewards can be credited to your account.
